Mohsin Zaidi – Director

My name is Mohsin Zaidi, and I am a qualified Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working in the field of social care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, young people, and families, helping them overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
Fostering has always been a special part of my professional journey. I’ve spent many years working closely with foster carers — guiding, supporting, and encouraging them as they open their hearts and homes to children in need of care and stability. For more than seven years, I’ve also been a proud member of fostering panels across Nationwide and various Independent Fostering Agencies, contributing to decision making thereby making a real difference in Looked After Children’s lives.
Recruiting and developing foster carers is something I’m truly passionate about. I take great pride in helping people from all walks of life discover their potential to become amazing foster carers. Seeing a family grow in confidence and provide a loving, secure home for a child is the most rewarding part of what I do.
After two decades in social work, my commitment remains as strong as ever — to ensure that every child has the chance to feel safe, valued, and supported.
